Pete's Wildlife Control Services
Who Is Trapper Pete?
Prior to his adventure in nuisance wildlife, Pete devoted 30 years to healthcare, starting as medic in the Army. After his tour, he attended Penn State University and became a Registered Nurse. He then spent 26 years as a nurse in the Newborn ICU, the majority of that time at York Hospital.
Pete started his wildlife business in 2019 and decided to ‘go all in’ and change careers in 2022 to better serve the York and surrounding areas with their wildlife conflicts. Pete promotes the practice of integrated wildlife management, which involves assessing the problem, removing the animal, and then preventing another from returning through animal proofing (exclusion), habitat modification, or repair. People and wildlife need to live together, just not under the same roof!
Pete is licensed by the Pennsylvania Game Commission as a Wildlife Control Operator, the Department of Agriculture for rodent control, and the Office of the Attorney General for Home Improvement. He is also a member of the National Wildlife Control Operators Association and holds multiple certifications.
Pete cares about people and doing the right thing.
People trusted him with their lives,
so why not trust him with your wildlife issues?
